The 47th Annual ISCSC Conference is fast approaching! If you have not done so, plese register
BEFORE MAY 15TH to meet the extended deadline . We are anticipating robust presentations and camaraderie. Please find below several useful resources and answers to frequently asked questions.

BASIC INFORMATION
• REGISTRATION: Instructions,

• PHONE SERVICE: Due to location, there is limited cell-phone service at Marconi. You may bring a calling card with a 1-800 access number to make calls from your room phone or one of the public phones on the property. To receive a call in your room, give callers the private number posted by your room phone.
• MESSAGES: Messages left for guests at the Front Desk, (415) 663-9020, will be posted in the reception area or, in the case of an emergency, delivered.
• SMOKING: All Marconi buildings are non-smoking. Ashtrays are located at entrances, on decks and on patios of buildings.
• GUEST ROOMS: have bed linens; private bathrooms with towels, soap, drinking glasses, and coffee makers/supplies; clock-radios; flashlights; telephones (see above); and free, AT&T Wi-Fi access.
• THE FRONT DESK: sells candy, snacks, drinks, meeting supplies, souvenirs, note cards, postage stamps and a few toiletries. A luggage cart, irons, ironing boards and hairdryers are available.
• The Front Desk Staff has First Aid equipment, an AED, and directions to medical services.
• A self-service Business Center is located in the check-in building and offers guests a computer with Wi-Fi internet access, printer, photocopier and scanner.
• ATTIRE: Comfortable walking shoes, a waterproof jacket or coat, and a sweater or sweatshirt are recommended.
• Marconi does not have TV, so reading materials are suggested.
• Campers and motor homes are prohibited from parking at Marconi. Fires, candles, incense and pets are also not permitted.

USEFUL RESOURCES:
TRANSPORTATION: We recommend Marin Door-to-Door (415) 457-2717 or your choice of rental car for ease of transportation to and from Marconi Conference Center.
The following additional charter bus, van, and/or limousine companies are also available: All West Coachlines, Inc. (916) 423-4000, Bauer’s Intelligent Transportation 1-800-546-6688, Black Tie Transportation 1-800-445-0444.


ON SITE CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
• Registered members of our group can check in and pick up their guestroom key at the front desk from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (see map).
• Advance notice is required for later check-ins.
• Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
• All guests must vacate lodging rooms and return keys to the desk by that time. A surcharge of $10 will be assessed for any lodging room key not returned at check-out.
• All persons using Marconi facilities (including children and babies) must be registered for safety reasons.
• A guestroom accessible to the handicapped (ADA) is available with advance notice.

MEALS:
• Meals are served in Redwood Dining Hall (
see map ).
– Breakfast buffet: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
– Lunch buffet: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (conference guests only)
– Full service dinner: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.* (conference guests only)
*Seating later than 6:30pm requires pre-approval by Marconi.
• Marconi offers a vegetarian choice at every meal. We can provide for many other dietary requirements with sufficient notice to the ISCSC Conference Planner.

• Redwood Dining Hall is open for meal service only and not available for meetings, talks or receptions.

MEETING FACILITIES and PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT:
• Our assigned meeting buildings are Cypress and Pine Lodges (see map).
• Meeting buildings are ADA compliant for accessibility.
• Each Marconi meeting building will have a PC and projector, projection screen, a whiteboard/easel with flip-chart, bulletin boards, push pins, a water cooler, water pitchers and cups, a public telephone and an in-house telephone.
• Each Marconi meeting building has complimentary AT&T WiFi availability.
• If you will be using the PC and projector for your session, please bring your presentation on a memory drive (PC-compatible). You may want to consider bringing paper copies/notes for your own reference in case of equipment failure or power outage.
